EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at INEZHAYA. We are here to assist you if you would want to exchange your purchased item or if you are not completely pleased with it. Customers who would like to return an item may swap it, but they are not eligible for a refund. After the date of delivery, you have 14 calendar days to swap an item. Your item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged, and in the same state in order to be approved for an exchange. Note: Throughout the exchange process, the buyer is responsible for paying all shipping fees and duties. Returning the item in question and shipping the replacement would cost, on average, £7. We will review your item as soon as it arrives and let you know that we are handling your returned item. We will start the exchange process once your return is accepted. We do not provide exchange or refund for international customers. Please email us at inezhaya@outlook.com with the order number you received and the explanation for the exchange to start the process. We guarantee to respond within 24 hours. 
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE MY ORDER ?
It is not possible for us to alter anything in your order once it has been placed.
Send us an email as soon as you can at inezhaya@outlook.com if you find an error in your shipping address. Once the order is finalised, we will try our utmost to accommodate a change to the mailing address. Once you place your order, we are not always able to amend it or cancel it.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
All international customers must pay their Tax via email. This is mandatory, if you fail to do so your order may not reach you.
